Our Mission: Reviving Ancient Traditions

We believe in reviving the traditional methods of food preparation that our ancestors trusted. For centuries, Indian households made ghee the Bilona way — a slow process that honored both nature and health. At Aswadeep Naturals, we continue this tradition, ensuring our ghee is pure and made with patience.
Milk Sourcing: Happy Cows, Pure Milk

Our journey begins in the lush fields of Gujarat’s Gir Gaushalas, where happy, grass-fed indigenous cows are nurtured with love and care. We use only premium-quality milk: ALL 3 TYPES type of ghee (listed below) follows the same preparation process — what changes is the source of milk, making each variant unique in taste and richness.
The Ancient Bilona Method

1. Milk Testing → Every batch is tested for A2 beta-casein protein to ensure authenticity and health benefits.
2. Curd Formation → Fresh milk is set into curd using natural cultures.
3. Churning with Rosewood Bilona → Our young team churns the curd using a premium rosewood wooden churner, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
4. Makhan (Butter) Extraction → From the curd, creamy white makhan is separated.
5. Slow Simmering on Desi Chulha → The makhan is then simmered on a low flame traditional chulha, giving ghee its golden hue, rich aroma, and unmatched taste.
Eco-Friendly Packaging, Delivered with Love
